SHIPLORE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED collaborates with reliable third-party logistics partners to facilitate the delivery of products. The choice of courier service may depend on the type of product, location, and availability.
SHIPLORE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED delivers orders across various locations in India. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. The availability of delivery services to specific pin codes can be checked on the Website during checkout.
Shipping charges vary based on the product category, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Retailers/Distributors may either offer free shipping or charge a delivery fee, which will be mentioned on the product listing page.
Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations or bulk orders. These charges, if any, will be clearly communicated before checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on the Seller’s warehouse location, the Buyer’s address, and the shipping partner’s policies.
Standard delivery timelines are between 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Buyers can track their orders through their SHIPLORE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED account under the My Orders section.
Shipping partners may provide real-time tracking updates via SMS and email.

The shipping partner will collect the package from the Seller/Distributor and ensure safe transit to the Buyer's location.
The Seller is responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Buyers are required to provide accurate shipping details. SHIPLORE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer.
Once the order has been delivered successfully, the Buyer will receive a confirmation notification via SMS and email.
In case the Buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping partner may attempt re-delivery or provide pickup instructions.
Orders may be deemed undeliverable due to the following reasons:
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Multiple failed delivery attempts.
Refusal to accept the order.
Restrictions due to local regulations or security concerns.
If an order is undeliverable, it may be returned to the Seller, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

In case of delays, the customer will be notified via email or SMS. If the order is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, the Buyer may opt for a refund or reattempt delivery, subject to feasibility.
Before Dispatch: Buyers can cancel their orders before they are dispatched. Any applicable refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the Buyer must follow the return policy in case of any concerns.
If the order is undeliverable due to Buyer’s fault (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept), shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Medicine & Pharmaceuticals:
Only delivered by authorized Retailers with valid licenses.
No returns allowed unless the product is expired or damaged at the time of delivery.
Footwear:
Must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition within 7 days.
Gourmet Foods & Perishables:
Expedited shipping is mandatory for perishable items to maintain quality.
Returns or refunds will only be processed if the product is delivered damaged or is expired.
Vegetables & Fresh Produce:
Delivered within a short time frame to ensure freshness.
No returns allowed unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

Ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.
Inspect the package upon delivery and raise any concerns within the 48-hour return window.
